Terms & Conditions for Divorce Detox Roadmap

By purchasing and/or participating in the Divorce Detox Roadmap program (the “Program”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Participant” or “Client”) and Empowered By Emily LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), owned and operated by Emily Keltz.

1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only

This Program is designed for personal growth, education, and self-reflection. All materials, coaching, and resources provided are for general informational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress, mental health challenges, or suicidal thoughts, we strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or call a crisis hotline.

2. Not Therapy or Medical Advice

Participation in this Program does not create a therapist-client or doctor-patient relationship between you and Emily Keltz or any affiliated experts. This Program is not a form of therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Nothing in the Program is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. You are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after participation.

3. No Guarantees of Outcome

We do not make any guarantees or promises regarding:

• Finding a romantic partner

• Developing self-esteem

• Experiencing a specific emotional breakthrough

• Creating any specific relationship outcome

• Achieving particular personal or financial success

Results vary based on each individual’s effort, circumstances, and commitment to the work. You acknowledge that personal growth is a highly individual process and outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through this Program—including videos, slides, workbooks, templates, written material, coaching calls, and related resources—is the exclusive intellectual property of Empowered By Emily LLC. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, modify, or use any portion of the Program content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

5. Confidentiality in Group Settings

Group coaching sessions may involve personal sharing. While we encourage a respectful and safe environment, we cannot guarantee confidentiality among participants. You agree to treat all shared experiences with respect and to not disclose other participants’ information outside of the Program.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Program and the immediate access to materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. By enrolling, you agree that you are committing to the full investment and understand there are no partial or full refunds under any circumstances, including change of mind, time constraints, or perceived value.

7. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability

You agree that you are voluntarily participating in the Program and assume all risks of such participation. You release, waive, and hold harmless Emily Keltz, Empowered By Emily LLC, and all guest experts, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action related to or arising from your participation in the Program.

8. Testimonials and Personal Stories

By participating in the Program, you consent that your feedback or testimonials (written, audio, or visual) may be used by Empowered By Emily LLC for marketing or promotional purposes, with your first name and likeness only. You may request to remain anonymous or revoke permission in writing at any time.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program, without refund, for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to harassment, spamming, or misuse of materials.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

12. Acknowledgment and Agreement
